Do you have a really big freezer to fill? Don't worry about where your beef comes from for months! A half will be about 500 pounds. A complete breakdown of what to expect is available upon request. Please send us a message before purchasing, so we can talk with you about availability and logistics.
All our beef is responsibly raised on our family ranch in central South Dakota. Our cattle are Angus-bred with top genetics, grass-fed for most of their lives then finished on a corn-based diet to produce the best flavor and juiciness you could ask for!
If the Whole Beef is sold out, it's probably available for pre-order, so send us a message or email to find out! Unfortunately, this is too big to be shipped, but it's available for local pick-up!

How Shipping Works
We are able to ship all over the country, but in order to make sure the beef stays frozen all the way to your front door, it's a process!
We only ship on Mondays to make sure your beef doesn't get stuck in a shipping warehouse over a weekend. In addition, we have to order dry ice by the previous Thursday. So, here's when you can expect to receive your order:
Order on Monday through Thursday at noon, your order ships the following Monday and you'll probably receive it that Wednesday or Thursday (Friday for west coast customers)
Order Thursday afternoon through Sunday, your order will ship a week from the following Monday.
