The skirt steak is a relatively tougher cut, but has a good flavor profile and is one of the most exceptional steaks. It's a great cut for fajitas, stir-fry, and other dishes. It's especially important to slice this steak against the grain.
All our beef is responsibly raised on our family ranch in central South Dakota. Our cattle are Angus-bred with top genetics, grass-fed for most of their lives then finished on a corn-based diet to produce the best flavor and juiciness you could ask for!
Steaks are about 13 oz. Available for shipping or pick-up.

How Shipping Works
We are able to ship all over the country, but in order to make sure the beef stays frozen all the way to your front door, it's a process!
We only ship on Mondays to make sure your beef doesn't get stuck in a shipping warehouse over a weekend. In addition, we have to order dry ice by the previous Thursday. So, here's when you can expect to receive your order:
Order on Monday through Thursday at noon, your order ships the following Monday and you'll probably receive it that Wednesday or Thursday (Friday for west coast customers)
Order Thursday afternoon through Sunday, your order will ship a week from the following Monday.
