This lesser-known cut is actually the 2nd-most tender steak. It was discovered only 15 years ago by Nebraska researchers. It's pretty small, so be careful not to overcook it, but it can turn out to be an amazing eating experience! The flat iron is quickly becoming a favorite!
All our beef is responsibly raised on our family ranch in central South Dakota. Our cattle are Angus-bred with top genetics, grass-fed for most of their lives then finished on a corn-based diet to produce the best flavor and juiciness you could ask for!

How Shipping Works
We are able to ship all over the country, but in order to make sure the beef stays frozen all the way to your front door, it's a process!
We only ship on Mondays to make sure your beef doesn't get stuck in a shipping warehouse over a weekend. In addition, we have to order dry ice by the previous Thursday. So, here's when you can expect to receive your order:
Order on Monday through Thursday at noon, your order ships the following Monday and you'll probably receive it that Wednesday or Thursday (Friday for west coast customers)
Order Thursday afternoon through Sunday, your order will ship a week from the following Monday.
